NEW YORK, April 30, 2024 – EvolutionIQ, a pioneer in AI-native Claims Guidance platforms for Disability, Workers’ Compensation, and Property & Casualty insurance lines, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ron Gupta as its new Chief Revenue Officer. Ron brings a wealth of experience as a sales leader and Chief Revenue Officer, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational excellence across diverse industries and markets.
Prior to being named as EvolutionIQ’s Chief Revenue Office, Ron served as the Chief Revenue Officer at Ushur, where he was instrumental in driving unprecedented revenue growth and spearheading strategic initiatives to elevate the company’s marketplace position. Under his leadership, Ushur has achieved remarkable milestones, including an almost ten-fold increase in revenue in three years and a successful Series C funding round.
Before joining Ushur, Ron held pivotal roles at, both, public and private, organizations of varying sizes. This included serving as Vice President of Sales at Conga and as Senior Vice President and Head Of Global Sales at Zephyr. His tenure at TIBCO’s subsidiary witnessed dynamic growth, while his strategic interventions at Pegasystems led to the turnaround of a key underperforming sector.

Ron holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from India, a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from George Washington University, and an MBA from the Johnson School of Management at Cornell University.
